I was catching up on some reading this past weekend and came across an article that I thought was very informative. It was written by By Dave Merrill and Lauren Leatherby from Bloomberg and is more of a data report put in graphics with small explanations, which makes more some easy reading.
As you scroll through the various maps of the U.S., you’ll see some things that you might find surprising, like the fact that 41% of our land is used for pastures and crops to feed livestock.
