Since it is a relatively slow news cycle right now in the dog days of summer, I thought I would share some interesting stats and facts that I’ve come across in my weekly readings:
More renters are not paying their rent:

FYI, Class C properties are typically more than 20 years old and located in less than desirable locations. One-third of U.S. apartment units are in Class C space.
Covid cases are on the decline in the U.S.:

Who knew that commercial passenger flights handle about half of the world’s airborne cargo? Because of that, it makes sense then that the cost of moving goods by ship has climbed 12% in 2020 to the highest in 5 1/2 years, according to the Drewry World Container Index.

Let me know if you have any questions.
